Early registration is possible until September 20, 2024 - GMT+7 (i.e. Vietnam time). Late registration is possible until October 29, 2024 - GMT+7. On-site registration is possible from October 30, 2024 - GMT+7.
Payment can be made my via online payment (by card and attracts a 6% transaction fee) or via wire transfer (bank charges must be paid at the participant's expense).
