Every year, the NMR workshop brings together researchers from the field
of nonmonotonic reasoning to present their work and discuss their
research. We want to organize a series of online talks on nonmonotonic
reasoning to continue and extend the exchange in the time between the
workshops. The series consists of regular online talks followed by a
Q&A/discussion phase, the aim being to offer a platform for the
presentation of new and developing ideas in NMR. We encourage both the
presentation of preliminary and ongoing work as well as mature results.
The scope of the series is nonmonotonic reasoning and all its subtopics,
e.g., belief revision, uncertain reasoning, argumentation, and answer
set programming.

We are happy to announce that the next talk in the series will be given by
*Nico Potyka* (Cardiff University, UK) on conditionals in explainable AI
    on *Wednesday, 15. January 2025*, 16:00 CET.
This talk will be given via Zoom:

The plan of this series to have a talk roughly once per month. If you

not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
Jonas and Giovanni
