[PlanetKR] New lectureship in 'Knowledge, Information and Data Science' at UCL

The Department of Information Studies (DIS) at University College London (UCL) is seeking to appoint a Lecturer for a full-time (1.0 FTE) post beginning in October 2025. We are looking for an innovative researcher and an experienced lecturer with research expertise and an international track record in one or more of the following research areas: artificial intelligence, knowledge representation, machine learning, language technologies, and data science, and the ability to teach on the topics listed above. The majority of the teaching will initially be at undergraduate level on the BSc Information Management for Business at the Bloomsbury campus or UCL East. The successful candidate will also be expected to supervise research students and Masters and undergraduate dissertations, and undertake academic-related administrative duties.

Grade: 8
Full-time salary: 54,172-63,752 GBP (including London allowance)
Contract Type: Permanent

Starting date: 1 October 2025
