Hey there! Gentle reminder that applications to attend the Optimisation and
Planning Summer School <https://opss25.pathfinding.ai/> will close *Thursday
31st July*, it's an opportunity to learn optimisation/planning/scheduling
from some of the best researchers. Apply ASAP if you're interested - the
deets are below 👇 --- Are you a PhD, Master’s or 4th year Undergraduate
student? Are you interested in AI, discrete optimisation, automated
planning or scheduling? Looking for a way to get involved in research
and connect
with world-class researchers?

Join us at the International Optimisation and Planning Summer School
<https://opss25.pathfinding.ai/>, co-located with ICAPS 2025, KR 2025 and
CPAIOR 2025. This event will be held at the beautiful Silverwater resort
<https://www.silverwaterresort.com.au/> in San Remo, Australia between
3/11/2025 - 7/11/2025.

The Optimisation and Planning Summer School will give you hands-on
experience with a variety of challenging problems and associated solving
techniques. Topics include:

   -

   Discrete Optimisation with MiniZinc
   -

   Motion Planning with PDDL
   -

   Planning under Uncertainty
   -

   Heuristic Search

You will learn from world-leading researchers, meet and interact with peers
from across the world, learn useful programming skills and have a great
time. Don’t miss this great chance to get your start in the research
community!

   Personal Statement (max 2 pages): Tell us about your interest in
   optimisation/planning/scheduling. What are your research goals and what do
   you hope to gain from attending the school?
   2.

   CV: Please include your background, relevant experience, current
   university/program, year of study, relevant coursework or publications, and
   optional reference contacts.
