Dear KR's,

As we approach KR2022, we would like to ask for your input regarding the
Diversity and Inclusion culture in our community.

We have prepared a very short survey that takes less than 5 minutes to be
filled: https://forms.gle/44gkxPyfGb2gqMug8 On the bottom of the survey,
there is an optional slot for entering testimonies - positive or negative -
that may be used to guide future actions. The form is anonymous. If you
prefer to identify yourself, you can do so by either adding your name/email
address at the end of your testimony or sending one of us an email. And if
you feel like really sharing your experience with your identity, you can
leave a video recording at https://flip.com/207705b0 (no account needed -
guest password KR22-fonwE8-zukxud).

The KR2022 D&I co-chairs (Abhaya, Renata and Yazmin) and KR D&I
