Dear all,

The University of Mannheim has an Opening for a Professorship on Artificial Intelligence. The Topics of interest include modelling and analysis auf behavious as well as Game Theory and Social Choice Theory. The professorship is non-tenure and has a maximal duration of 6 years, however, due to a funding by the federal state, it comes with resources that are comparable to that of a full professorship (2 PhD positions) which makes it an ideal place to build up the reputation needed to successfully apply for tenure positions.

Below you find a link to the German Language announcement and an English translation of the most relevant parts.

I would highly appreciate applications from young researchers in Social Choice Theory that have successfully published at major AI conferences such as IJCAI, AAAI or AAMAS.

Applications should be directed to:

z. Hd. Herrn Dr. Bernd Lübcke, Universität Mannheim, B 6, 26, 68131 Mannheim,

E-Mail:bewerbung at wim.uni-mannheim.de
