[PlanetKR] Consultation for "The Future of KR event" at KR2018

will host a discussion on whether the KR conference, currently held 
every other year, could become an annual event in the future. The short 
survey at

aims to consult the broad KR community on this issue. Your answers to 
the survey will inform the discussion at KR 2018, and this in turn will 
inform the decision that the steering committee of KR (see

will ultimately take. (In other words, the outcome of this consultation
