Dear Colleagues,

We have decided to extend the submission deadline for the Sixth Annual
Conference on Advances in Cognitive Systems by six days, until Sunday,
June 3, 11:59 PM Pacific time. This will give authors time to polish
their papers and increase the quality of submissions, but it means a
tight reviewing schedule, so there will be no further extensions.

The conference Web site (http://www.cogsys.org/conference/2018/) gives
details about formatting and submitting papers, while the review form
(http://www.cogsys.org/review-form-2018/) clarifies the criteria that
referees will use for evaluation. Accepted papers will appear in Advances
in Cognitive Systems, an electronic journal associated with the meeting.

The conference welcomes submissions that report analyses of challenging
problems which require intelligence, empirical studies of implemented
systems, accounts of complex human cognition, or demonstrations of
interesting new capabilities. We look forward to receiving your papers
and seeing you at Stanford this August.

Sincerely,

Pat Langley and Dongkyu Choi
Program Co-Chairs
