[PlanetKR] ICAPS Journal Presentation Track

Dear all,

I would like to draw your attention to the new ICAPS Journal Presentation Track
that aims at broadening the scope of ICAPS by presenting significant research that
is related to planning and scheduling but underrepresented at ICAPS.

This applies to papers already published in journals dealing for instance with 
- answer set programming,
- constraint and logic programming, or more generally
- knowledge representation and reasoning
while being related to ICAPS topics.
