KSEM is an international conference for research on knowledge science,
engineering and management, which attracts high quality, state-of-the-art
research papers from all over the world. The conference provides a forum for
researchers, practitioners and developers to present original work, to share
their views, to exchange ideas and to develop new insights into KSEM-related
areas.

KSEM2010 will be held in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and is the fourth in the
conference series, following three successful events in Guilin, China
