[PlanetKR] TARK registration

Reminder: TARK (the Conference on Theoretical Aspects of Rationality and 
Knowledge) will be held July 6-8 at Stanford University; it is colocated 
with the ACM Conference on Electronic Commerce.  Registration for TARK 
is currently open.  We have two relatively inexpensive accommodation 
options available (the Cardinal Hotel and the Stanford Guest House), but 
you need to register soon to be guaranteed a room.
