The aim of this interdisciplinary conference is to provide
a forum for researchers in the broad areas of knowledge science, knowledge
engineering, and knowledge management to exchange ideas and to report state
of the art research results. We invite submissions that are original and not
yet published. The topics of interest include but are not limited to:

* Knowledge Science
  - Knowledge representation and reasoning
  - Logics of knowledge; formal analysis of knowledge; reasoning about knowledge

Paper Submission

Papers must be submitted electronically as a PDF file through
EasyChair KSEM'06 web site http://www.easychair.org/KSEM06.
Please note that if a submission is accepted, one of the authors
must present the paper at the conference.

Paper Length and Format

Submissions must not exceed thirteen (13) pages including title page,
references, and figures. They must be formatted according to the Springer
LNCS/LNAI instructions (see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html).

Conference Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag
as an LNAI.
