Information for Authors
At least one author of each paper accepted to the main conference program must register, with payment of either the regular or student fee. The authors are responsible for deciding who will register and present the paper.
Please note that in-person attendance and presentation are mandatory for all accepted papers. Remote or online presentations will not be permitted.

Early registration: until September 8, 2025 AEST
Late registration: from September 9, 2025 to November 10, 2025 AEST
On-site registration: from November 11, 2025 to November 17, 2025 AEST

ICAPS colocation
If you are registering for both ICAPS and KR, we can provide a discount of $300 AUD for the second registration. Please register for ICAPS first, then submit your registration to the KR registration team (events@deakin.edu.au) and they will issue a discount code for you.
Confirmation & Invitation Letter
You will receive email confirmation after completing the online registration form at the top of the page.
Payment
Payments can be made online via credit card (VISA or Mastercard only).
Cancellation Policy & Refund
For cancellation requests received on or before September 30, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded less an administration charge of $100 AUD.
For cancellation requests received between October 1 and October 31, the registration fee will be refunded 50% less an administration charge of $100 AUD.
Registration fees will not be refunded in any portion if cancellation is received after October 31.
