KR2000 Best Paper Awards
The program committee of KR2000 awarded the best paper prize jointly to
two papers:
- Spatio-temporal Representation and Reasoning based on RCC-8
by Frank Wolter and Michael Zakharyaschev
- On Strongest Necessary and Weakest Sufficient Conditions
by Fangzhen Lin
The criteria for the prize included the originality,
significance and technical strength of the paper.
The award was sponsored by Morgan Kaufmann Inc., and the prize of $500
was shared between the authors.
