About MEDI 2025
The 14th International Conference on Model and Data Engineering (MEDI 2025) will be held in ElSewedy University of Technology, Cairo-Ismailia Road, Kilo 51, Egypt. Egypt is a land where ancient history meets modern innovation. MEDI 2025 offers a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of cutting-edge research in model and data engineering with the rich cultural and historical heritage of Egypt.
MEDI 2025 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders from around the world to share their latest findings, discuss emerging trends, and foster collaborations in the fields of model and data engineering. We invite submissions of high-quality research papers, industrial case studies, and visionary ideas that contribute to the theory and practice of these fields.

Theme: Where History Meets AI Innovation
In the spirit of Egypt’s legacy as a cradle of human civilization, MEDI 2025 will celebrate the fusion of ancient wisdom and modern technology. The conference will explore how model and data engineering can drive innovation while preserving and learning from the past. We encourage submissions that reflect this theme, including applications of model and data engineering in cultural heritage preservation, smart cities, and sustainable development.

Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit English-language research and application papers representing original, previously unpublished work. Duplicate submissions are not allowed.
Paper Types:
1) Full Papers: Up to 14 pages, presenting original research.
2) Short Papers: Up to 8 pages, describing work in progress or preliminary results.
Formatting: Submissions must conform to Springer's LNCS style (Latex style only for camera-ready papers).
Submission System: Papers must be submitted as a single PDF document via the CMT system.
Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. The program committee may accept a submission as a short paper if it reports interesting results but does not justify publication as a full paper.
All accepted papers, including short papers, will be published in the Springer LNCS series. For metrics on previous MEDI proceedings, visit: SpringerLink.
Publication Requirements:
• One author of an accepted paper must register for MEDI 2025 to have the paper published.
• Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors.

Special Features of MEDI 2025
• Cultural and Historical Tours: Explore Egypt’s iconic landmarks, including the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum.
• Industry-Academia Collaboration: Opportunities for networking with leading experts and industry professionals.
• Special Journal Issue: Selected papers will be invited for publication in the Elsevier Journal of Computer Languages (COLA).
