Principles of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning, Incorporated (KR, Inc.) is a Scientific Foundation incorporated in the state of Massachusetts of the United States of America concerned with fostering research and communication on knowledge representation and reasoning.

Its primary activities include organizing a series of conferences, the Conferences on Principles of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning, cooperating with workshops on related topics, and maintaining informational materials on the World Wide Web, and maintaining KR-related mailing lists.

KR2010 was a tremendous success and we are now planning KR2012 the 13th International Conference on the Principles of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning which will be held in Rome. The Conference Chair is Gerhard Brewka and the Program Chairs are the Thomas Eiter and Sheila McIlraith. Guisseppe De Giacomo and Marco Shaerf are the Local Arrangements Chairs.
